Refund Policy

At BRONXX, we want you to love every fit you order. If something doesn’t vibe right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that sale items, accessories, and innerwear can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.

Once we receive your return and it passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll make it right with an exchange or full refund.
